Our 50min LIVE class is high-intensity, low-impact, full body workout. Your teacher will guide you through a series of slow and controlled exercises, focusing on firing up your muscles and elevating your heart rate to help stay in your fat burning zone. This class is designed for all fitness levels, however, your teacher can always modify a movement to accommodate your needs. This class will have a slightly longer warm down, but from the slow controlled movements and fast transitions, you will be hitting maximum exertion with no time to rest in order to promote effective muscle fatigue. Want to shake,sweat,and feel exhilarated?....welcome to LIVE 50 IMPORTANT.... We will not see any clients that are new to LIVE, if they are more then 5min late to class.
