WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

For new clients, we ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your class to learn the machine and get set up!

ARE THERE BEGINNER CLASSES?

Our classes are designed for all levels. If you’re new, simply let your instructor know before class — we’ll guide you, offer modifications, and make sure you feel confident throughout the workout.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Bring grip socks, water, and a great attitude. Grip socks are required for every class and available for purchase in the studio. Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows movement.
