STUDIO POLICY
Respect the Method
The Lagree Method is challenging. Come with a positive and open attitude. Listen to your body. Ask for modifications when needed! Don’t go rogue and perform your own moves! It is distracting to other clients and the Instructor.
New Client Policy
New clients must arrive 10 minutes early to their first class. This gives them time to fill out forms and get an introduction to the Megaformer. You will be turned away if you arrive late for your first class.
Cancellation, No-shows and Late Arrival
Clients without a monthly membership must cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties. Cancellations made within 12 hours incur a $20 fee and forfeit the class credit; no-shows also forfeit the credit and carry a $25 no-show fee.
Members with an active monthly auto-renew membership must cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid penalties. A cancellation made within 8 hours of the class will incur a $20 fee and the credit will be lost; failing to attend without cancelling (“no-show”) also forfeits the credit and carries a $25 no-show fee.
Existing clients, please be thoughtful entering the class late so as to not disrupt the class.
Hands-on Studio
We are a hands-on studio. During class, Instructors may use hands-on adjustments to correct form. If you prefer no physical contact, please notify the instructor before class starts.
Injuries & Accommodations
Clients must inform the instructor of any or all potential injuries or limitations. The Instructors will modify movements in accordance with the studio policy and may dismiss a Client who refuses to follow studio policy.
Common requests often revolve around: Pre and post-pregnancy, muscle injury, surgery, and other ailments
Grip Sock & Studio Etiquette
Grip socks are mandatory. Feel free to bring your own or purchase them at the Studio. No phones are permitted during the class. We ask our clients to avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes due to allergies. We expect good hygiene. Shoes, bags, and any other personal items must be stored in lockers. Nothing may be left on the floor or in seating areas.
