• A positive and open attitude. The Lagree Method can be challenging and humbling. We encourage clients to listen to their body and ask for modifications.

• Grip socks are MANDATORY. Wearing socks ensures the cleanest surfaces on the machine and floor. They aid in sanitation and in safety.

• Strong perfumes and colognes should be avoided. Some clients may be allergic or sensitive to the scents. Please practice proper hygiene.

​

• We have a zero-tolerance cell phone policy. While on the bed, clients must be present during class. Phones are distracting to you, classmates, instructors, and cause safety concerns.

• Any article of clothing such as shoes or bags must be placed in the lockers provided. We will not allow anything to be placed on the floor or in our sitting area.

​

• New clients to Live Lagree are must arrive ten minutes early to first class. You will need enough time to fill out our forms and meet the teacher to introduce you to the Megaformer.

​

• We have a zero-tolerance late-policy. Should you arrive late, you will be unable to take the class and asked to attend another class at a different time. Late fee will apply

​

• Clients wishing to cancel their class must do so a minimum of 12 hours prior to the class start. A $25 fee WILL be charged for a late cancellation or no show AND you will be charged for the missed class from the your account.
